SMG Jacksonville Employees Honored at Rose Awards

SMG Jacksonville was proudly representated at the North Florida Hotel & Lodging Association's ROSE (Recognition of Service Excellence) Awards on February 22. Included in the nominations for outstanding customer service were Carla Ross (Savor), Brenda Mallory Small (SMG), Angie Green (SMG) and Lucious Hart (CSC), with Brenda taking home the award for Guest Services - Front Desk. Congratulations to Brenda and all the nominees!
